1. Send renewal reminders 3 days before expiry

Most members don't churn intentionally. They forget. A simple Telegram bot message 3 days before expiry with a one-click renewal link recovers 20-30% of would-be churners.

2. Offer a discounted annual plan

Monthly subscribers churn at 8-15% per month. Annual subscribers? 2-3%. Offer a 2-month discount on annual plans to lock in commitment.

3. Create a "win" in the first 48 hours

If a new member doesn't get value within 48 hours of joining, they're already mentally checked out. Pin a welcome message with an immediate actionable tip.

4. Ask why people leave
